Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at the time of pickup. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us at the time of pickup. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no extra charge.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Opened bottles or consumed products
  • Products that have been altered or modified

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.     Contact our customer service team at the pickup window with your order number and details about the issue.

2.     We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3.     Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
